CANCELLATION POLICY: Kindly note for appointment cancellations without at least 24 hours’ notice the following charges will apply: 50% of the treatment price or £10 whichever is greater. If a gift voucher was being used for the treatment this will be taken as payment in full and the voucher is no longer valid. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice on 2 occasions or more you will be asked to pay for your treatment a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your appointment time. Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card over the phone or by BACS transfer. Failure to pay in advance will result in your appointment being cancelled. Failure to attend your appointment or give at least 24 hours notice once payment has been made, in no refund will be given. Thank you.
