What is meditation?

The Latin word ‘Meditor’ means to think and the Sanskrit word for meditation ‘Madha’ means wisdom. Usually clients are seated in chairs but mats and cushions are provided for those wishing to adopt a position more comfortable for them.

Individual first session up to 90 mins £35  – follow up sessions up to 1 hour £25

Group sessions – £10 per person (min 4 people – max 2 hours) – 8 people or more £7 per person (private parties catered for, please contact for more details)
